Under is a political joke doing rounds here in UP: A middlle class 'animal' bought a fish for his family. It cant' be cooked. Why? No water, No Electricity, No kerosene, No Gas. So the 'animal' put the fish back in the water, why take a life when no use?, he thought. Suddenly the fish jumped in the water - shouting - "Mayawati Sarkaar Zindabaad, zindabaad" Great take on present scenario inflicting the country and its inhabitants.
