This is my favourite contestant of Indian Idol 3 season. I found his voice so soothing and magnetic ! Though he lost out in the finals to Prashant Tamang , not on the count of talent but to the biased regional voting pattern. Neverthless , seems like the guy is charting out his career path in right direction.
Today I came to know that he has sung his maiden song for bollywood movie – Luck by chance. Glad to know that he got a better break through this Farhan Akhtar starrer and music composed by Shankar Eshan Loy trio and penned by Javed Akthar !
The song is Pyaar ki Dastaan . Its a romantic number with Amit Paul and Mahalaxmi Iyer soothening the heart ! I simmmmmply loved the song !!!! Love at first hear 
Miles to go Amit ! Keep going ! Great Start in bollywood !

anyone remember singer of songs in film Kareeb… that female singer Sanjeevni was also amazing… but i think she sang in only one film :O

All these days, i was wondering who had sung this wonderful romantic number only to realise that its none other than Amit Paul, the guy who truly deserved to win Idol-3. Nevertheless, I m sure this guy will go a long way. Looking forward to more such melodies from this singing sensation.
