It should have been made compulsory for new builings only. Existing buildings will have to do costly retrofitting to implement RWH. The buildings will look ugly with pipes running all over. The entire scheme has been proposed by some quacks with half knowledge and without a thorough study - so typical of India and Bangalore. If they are so keen on implementing RWH why do they not dig the pits along the road sides and give connections to the houses from that?
